The Strollo Theatre
One of my final major projects through university was an open brief to create whatever we wanted, the only criteria was there should be at least one major art piece, a complimentary booklet containing a visual essay relating to said piece and creating an interesting way to present the work.
3D Theatre Design
During the initial stages of this project I knew I wanted to incorporate my history of 3D design and architecture into it, using aspects of brutalism and modern architecture.

Concepts
I next went thorough concepts on how i wanted to present my project. As I was going for a brutalist tone I studied soviet art and surrealism as these seemed to work together perfectly.

Poster/ Final Designs
As I was unable to create my 3D model due to the restrictions set in place during the start of the pandemic. I settled on leaning into the soviet/brutalist themes and created posters and promo art for it, as well as used some 3D models to present how my physical model would look.
